Nova School of Dance is committed to protecting its member’s personal safety and wellbeing, alongside keeping individual data safe. To ensure these aspects are well maintained within our school, we follow Health & Safety, Child Protection and Data Protection Policies. We urge you to please take the time to read and understand our responsibilities and the policies that we have in place to safeguard our students.

Our Data Protection Policy not only sets out our plans to protect any personal data, but also explains how Nova School of Dance will only use your information for the sole purpose of operating our dance school.

We believe that we use personal data in ways that would be reasonably expected of us by our parents and students, and we will always store data as securely as possible. Not forgetting, you have the right of access to your personal data as well as the right to change it if you feel that it is inaccurate.

Within our Health & Safety Policy it is explained what protections are put in place to ensure our members’ utmost safety, whilst in the care of Nova School of Dance. Nova prioritises its teaching standards and ensures the teaching team are fully qualified and have undergone safe practise training to allow relevant and protective teaching. This document also contains what we ask of Nova members to help aid the teacher’s safety procedures, as we encourage everyone to do what they can to contribute to a safe environment.

Our Child Protection Policy demonstrates how Nova School of Dance recognises and utilizes the best safety procedures for every child that joins our family. This document clearly states and clarifies our underlying principles in addressing Child Protection, the roles and responsibilities expected of teaching staff at Nova, plus what actions are in place to follow protocol, when necessary.

If you have any queries about our written policies, please email and we shall correspond accordingly.
